Erin O’Hair, DNP, NP-C, is a board-certified Adult & Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in both bedside care and clinical leadership. She began her career in intensive care units and later earned advanced degrees from UC Irvine and CSU Fresno. Erin has served as both a field provider and a manager of advanced practice clinicians, giving her deep experience in patient care and team leadership.
At Pine Park Health, Erin serves as Senior Clinical Director while also caring directly for patients as their primary care provider. She leads and mentors other providers across the organization, helping ensure that every patient receives consistent, high-quality care. Erin is passionate about supporting wellness at home, managing chronic conditions thoughtfully, and avoiding unnecessary hospital visits. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, baking, and camping with her husband and three young children.
