Annie Ebiner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of primary care experience caring for patients across the lifespan, with a particular focus on older adults. Her approach is simple: she treats every patient the way she would want her own mother and father treated. In practice, that means listening closely, taking all concerns seriously, and working alongside patients and their families to set goals and build a clear plan — one she revisits and revises when concerns persist.
Her priorities are comfort with the plan of care and helping patients stay strong, independent, and healthy at home. Annie brings particular experience in managing type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular health, along with mental health and wellness. Before becoming an NP, she worked as a Registered Nurse on a medical-surgical and oncology unit at a large Southern California hospital.
A graduate of the University of Oregon, Annie served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, where she learned French and Pulaar — an experience that inspired her to pursue healthcare and taught her lasting lessons in fortitude, generosity, and welcoming the stranger.
