I began my journey in healthcare as a Registered Nurse, working on a medical-surgical floor in a hospital. During those early years, the experiences were challenging, but they laid the groundwork for my understanding of patient care. As I cared for my patients, I noticed many of their hospitalizations seemed preventable, a result of not having access to primary care. This prompted me to question how I could make a difference. I realized I wanted to be part of the solution, and this realization led me to return to school to further my education and skills.
I earned my Master's degree in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from the University of Pennsylvania. As a Nurse Practitioner, I'm dedicated to delivering more proactive, preventive care, to make a difference in each patient's life.
