About me

Throughout my career, first as a paramedic, then as an ER nurse, and now as a nurse practitioner, I have seen how medicine tries to put people into preconceived molds without thought of what you want. But, no two people are alike. Healthcare should be tailored to you and your wants and needs. So, my goal is to put care back in healthcare.

I grew up on a small horse ranch where I witnessed the circle of life and developed a love of the outdoors and respect for nature. This and other experiences taught me to also look at your health as a whole — I believe in holistic medicine and caring for your mind, body, and wellness/soul.

To find balance, I enjoy time with my four children as well as gardening, hiking, and golfing.

What their patients are saying:
“My visit with Jann was in my own apartment, which made it very relaxed and uninhibited, unlike going to a medical clinic where I am usually a bit tense as one of many waiting a turn. Jann discussed my most recent health information and was thorough in her questions about my everyday lifestyle, health habits, and activities. I liked the fact that Jann understood my personal preferences and choices that I make for my own healthcare. ”
“Very impressed with the concept. Jann was professional, kind, and friendly.”
"Jann is compassionate and caring, but also a competent practitioner. She knows exactly how to get to the heart of the matter and explain her answers so that I understand exactly what's happening. I appreciate her skillfulness and her willingness to be a guide when navigating through some multilayered issues!"
