About me

I’m a proud Oakland native. I recently retired from 20 years service in the U.S. Air Force and Navy, where I worked intel and was a rescue swimmer. During this time I also received my masters in nursing from Chamberlain University in Chicago. My medical and military experiences have taught me, ‘service before self’ which is still one of my life mottos. I enjoyed traveling across the globe to places like Iceland, Germany, Korea, Italy, Dubai, Kuwait, Japan, Philippines, Thailand and Spain.

After being away for so many years I've returned to the Bay Area to be surrounded by family and friends and continue my path as a primary care provider. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives and helping every patient I work with get complete and comprehensive care.

What their patients are saying:
“Jamose took time to go through each of my 90-year-old mom’s medications in detail, with me, raising options of going off them when appropriate. He spoke directly to her, asking her what was important. He set a goal of addressing her falls. She came off most of her meds, added one for sleep/depression, both of which she struggles with. He took her desires seriously for quality of life.”
“Jamose has been very thorough and always very promptly takes care of any questions I have.”
"Jay arrived on time, was very attentive to my issue and made a plan to solve it. So far I am doing well. I really appreciate the fact that Pine Park is available by phone and in my home."
